What type of payment methods do you accept? ​​
Currently at this time we only accept Zelle.
What is Zelle?
Zelle is an easy way to send money directly between almost any U.S. bank accounts typically within minutes. With just an email address or mobile phone number, you can quickly, safely and easily send  and receive money regardless of where they bank.
What if I don't have Zelle?
To enroll with the Zelle app, enter your basic contact information, an email address and U.S. mobile number, and a Visa or Mastercard debit card with a U.S. based account. Zelle does not accept debit cards associated with international deposit accounts or any credit cards
How to pay via Zelle?
  1. Email us @ kratom.com with your desired order, full name, shipping address and phone number. We will reply with confirmation and $ amount.
  2. Send money via Zelle. Our information is below:
  • Zelle Recipient Email: @gmail.com  
  • Zelle Recipient Name (if asked): live life well
In the memo/notes section in Zelle, Please put your e-mail address or phone number you used to initiate your order so we can easily find your order. Do not put “KRATOM” or our business name in the notes section please. Thank you!
What are your shipping methods and restrictions?
We currently offer discreet Priority Mail, which is 2-5 business days, depending  on location. 
All processed ordered placed before 4PM EST will be shipped same business day. Any processed orders after 4PM EST will ship out next business day. 
Must be 21+ years of age to purchase.
We do not ship to the following States and Cities:
    •    Alabama
    •    Arkansas
    •    Indiana
    •    Vermont
    •    Rhode Island
    •    Washington D.C.
    •    Wisconsin
    •    Sarasota County (Florida)

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships will we send you via email your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours in the USPS system to generate a tracking number.
 
Do you offer Returns & Refunds?
Refunds may be possible within fifteen (15) days of purchase in order to qualify for refund or exchange. All return requests are to be accompanied by the original package in unopened condition (the seal cannot be broken) in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. We reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products. We do not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise.
